In 1964, the race realist Carleton Putnam gave an address at UC Davis on the physiological, intellectual and social differences between blacks and whites and the general inferiority of the former. Following the speech's transcription are 104 audience questions with Putnam's concise answers. This copy "published" by the National States Rights Party's Thunderbolt imprint, which was essentially the National Putnam Letters Committee edition with the Thunderbolt address to the title page and wholesale information to the final page.
