Title page lightly… creased, with inscribed reference number to upper margin; no further annotation or inscriptions. A Very Good copy. Described as Catalog No. 1 on the title page this would appear to be the very first fire appliance catalogue produced by the Pyrene Company. Illustrated on every page the equipment advertised includes fire extinguishers, signs, respirators, hoses and racks, chain fire ladders, hose carts, and everything needed for the modern fire-fighter. Founded in 1914 the name Pyrene is now synonymous with fire fighting equipment the world over. Rare.
