Le montant net des recettes portées au compte du roi pendant ces deux années est de 2 194 002 livres parisis, dont 1 491 609 livres provenant du monnayage et de divers gains monétaires, 357 147 livres des décimes et autres contributions de l'Eglise, 68 506 livres du centième et des cinquantièmes levés sur les laïcs, et 204 012 livres du revenu des sénéchaussées méridionales. Le trésor encaisse en outre au compte des baillis, sans les virer au compte du roi, 302 793 livres. Les expédients auxquels l'insuffisance de ses revenus ordinaires contraint le roi ne lui procurent qu'une aisance de trésorerie temporaire, bientôt suivie d'une nouvelle dégradation de sa situation financière.
