A statement issued by lawyers representing members and leaders of V…ietnam Veterans Against the War, alleging Richard Nixon and the Justice Department served between 20-40 members of the organization with subpoenas in order to keep them from demonstrating at the Democratic National Convention in Miami. A resolution by the Democratic Party condemning the move is also included, as is what appears to be a copy of a telegram sent to Attorney General Richard Kleindeinst. VERY GOOD condition. Legal sized sheet folded to the same size as the smaller sheet. Minor toning and wrinkling.
