Hardcover. Condition: Good. Page block edges have some marks and smudges from smoke. There is a touch of water staining (almost clear) to the page block edge from the firefighters water. The damage is really quite minor. Otherwise, was an unread book. I note every flaw I find, so buy with confidence.
