New end leaves, though trimmed just beyond the margin of the inside paste downs of both covers and covering no text of ads. Original paper advertising paste over on top and bottom covers are rubbed and chipped at edges, though letter remains mostly very clear. Wear along edges of covers. Contents show scattered smudges, though remain complete and mostly clean. Nice example of this very scarce city directory.…
