Cloth - Hard Cover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. First Edition, Thus. 266 pages. Rebound in black cloth with gilt stamped lettering on spine. Lacking original paste downs on inside of cover and first leaf of advertising in the text. First six leaves with chipping along upper edge. Some smudges and penciled calculations on title page. Scattered light smudges elsewhere, though contents are generally clean, and are otherwise intact.

Cloth - Hard Cover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. First Edition. 278+ pages. Rebound in black cloth with gilt lettering on spine. Ex-Library, though with minimal markings. Slight residue of sticker on spine, with no other external library markings. Small "Kansas Coll." stamp at top of title page, as well as various penciled markings on title page. Marked out stamp at foot of verso advertising page. Penciled library number in bottom margin of last page. Corners of pages 277/78 are chipped. A few small chips to edges of first and last few leaves. Otherwise very clean.

Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. First Edition, Thus. 225 pages, plus a few tipped in ads. Rebacked with black cloth with gilt stamped lettering. New end leaves, though trimmed just beyond the margin of the inside paste downs of both covers and covering no text of ads. Original paper advertising paste over on top and bottom covers are rubbed and chipped at edges, though letter remains mostly very clear. Wear along edges of covers. Contents show scattered smudges, though remain complete and mostly clean. Nice example of this very scarce city directory.
