All the recipes and menus have been carefully tested. The first Radiation Cookery Book, compiled for the benefit of the satisfied users of Regulo New World Cooker appeared in 1927 and this is the 35th edition. Many major buildings in Canada were constructed in Steelcrete eg the Royal Mint at Ottawa, Toronto General Hospital, various banks, Winnipeg Post Office, University of Toronto library etc. The system was said to be especially valuable for its fire-proof qualities.
