Hardcover with dustjacket, "Eager young archaeologists explore the buried secrets of Egypt's past," the former owner's name is present on the first blank page, and mild tanning is present on the first and last blank end-paper, the binding is clean, tight and attractive and the contents are fine, the jacket has moderate scuffing on the rear panel and a 3/4-inch deep edge-chip at top of spine, also a few other tiny areas of wear, the jacket is also clean and quite presentable, the original price (3.50) is present and a professional (removable) mylar cover is included.
