Decorative Cloth. Condition: Good. No Jacket. A. H. Buckland (illustrator). Tan cover with black and red lettering and design shows ony light edge wear. No date. Paste-on front illustration. Previous owner name and address in pencil fep. Hinges and pages tight and beginning to tan at edges. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.

Condition: Good. Boards are clean with little wear. Free from markings or inscriptions. Contents are clean but lightly toned.

Severe cracking to hinges and gutters causing boards to be loose. Front board and frontispiece partially detached. Pages and plates have light tanning and foxing throughout. Boards have heavy shelf-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Light tanning to spine and edges. Water staining to rear board. Wear marks overall.

Hardcover with bright and clear lettering on front cover and spine, without dust jacket, undated (but c1930s), 208 pages (without the illustrations present in the earlier editions); tiny traces of wear to covers, but very gently used, tight in binding, scattered light foxing, otherwise very clean and unmarked.
