Old folds, small area of loss at the topedge with a tiny bit of residue on the verso from where it was docketed (or tipped-in or hung), very small creased tear and a couple of small splits and chips, very good. The circular announces that beginning on November 26, 1882, two passenger trains will run on Sundays in addition to the News Train. "Signal men and Draw-bridge men will look especially after their safety." Signed in type by Superintendent J. F. Randolph.
