RANJITHKUMAR is currently working in the Department of Women's Studies, Alagappa University, Tamil Nadu, India. He has worked as a researcher and teacher in various Indian Universities. He received M.A, B.P.Ed., PG Diploma in Industrial Relations and Labour Law, Master of Population Studies, and Ph.D. degrees from different Universities in India. He qualified the National Eligibility Test for Assistant Professor in Human Rights and Duties, Political Science, and Public Administration conducted by the University Grants Commission, Government of India.
