Brossura editoriale, cm 24 x 17.5, pp 268 (4), LIV tavole in nero su carta patinata. Buono stato, leggermente allentata la legatura degli ultimi fascicoli. Prima edizione di questo importante contributo della storica dell'arte alessandrina, volume decimo delle Pubblicazioni della Facoltà di Magistero dell'Università di Torino; l'autrice, allieva di Lionello Venturi con una tesi su Gaudenzio Ferrari, era all'epoca docente presso l'ateneo torinese e direttrice della Galleria Sabauda. Il volume tratta dei mosaici romanici, del gotico e di Jaquerio, di Gian Martino Spanzotti, Defendente Ferrari, Macrino d'Alba, Gandolfino d'Asti, Gaudenzio Ferrari, della pittura a Vercelli e Casale; corposa sezione documentaria con regesti dei mosaici e degli affreschi e notizie biografiche e bibliografiche su decine di artisti. Usato in buono stato, lievi segni d'uso, leggermente allentata la legatura degli ultimi fascicoli.
