The title page is signed… by Linde Christiana Ravize and John Thomas Voss Ravise with "For the sake of the Lake.". No personalization. Pages are clean and completely free of wear or damage. The book's boards are slightly warped. There is very light soiling to front and back covers. No bumped corners or rub wear. The dust jacket is not price-clipped. It is clean but with some rubbing, light scratches, stress lines near the edges and wear to the top and bottom edges. No chips or tears. Book and dust jacket will be bubble-wrapped and carefully packed in a sturdy box to ensure safe transit.
