Apparently a promotion item, with "The Gift Mart, Lakewiew Hotel, Bemidji, Minnesota" printed on front cover. Unpaginged (32 pp. including covers) Postcard of the steel and concrete statues of Paul and Babe in Bemidji laid in. Just about fine in original stapled pictorial wraps.

Condition: Good. Normal foxing on front and edges. Small tears on the edges. No marks or hilights in the text. Overall in good condition. Pictures available upon request.
