Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. Dark greensih-brown hardback with illustration of lady in silver on front. Lots of wear to boards--fraying and tears along edges; small pieces missing from spine. Boards in "poor" condition. Pages are mostly tight but book will lay open. Pages unmarked but with dirtiness. A couple of pages…have small tears. 336 pages. Possibly 1st edition as no other print info stated. "Songs for the Fireside, Social Gatherings, Concerts, Etc., Etc. Enriched with Valuable historical and Biographical Sketches of Renowned Authors and Composers." Compiled by Henry Frederick Reddal. The Musical Scores Edited by Dudley Buck. Embellished with Many Beautiful Phototype Engravings and Portraits." Although I give the condiiton as "Good", given the age of the book, it is probably better than Good. I would say the book is a bit fragile, but the pages are a good, heavy stock. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
