Add to basketSoftcover. Condition: Good. 126 p. 28 cm. B&w photos. Brown card covers. Chips and tears in spine. A bit of discolouration on rear. Tears throughout. Some soiling on p. 3. As well as the usual sections on early history, industry, farming, navigation, schools, homes and gardens, Boy Scouts, etc., there is an unusual 8 p. section…with pet photographs, eg. a dog named "Togo" owned by Louise Bishop, the Howey Chicks owned by Harvey Massey, a horse named Cleopatra owned by Pearl Butchart, a cow named Fan-Faun at the Inglis farm, the Lemon family feeding the swans sent to them by King George V, and 3 photos of babies, which apparently are pets of a sort.
