Interessante pubblicazione storico giuridica su una causa che vedeva contrapposti due sacerdoti, Ercole Papini e Giuseppe Papini, con riguardo a chi dei due dovesse spettare il beneficio, sotto il titolo dei santi Pietro e Bartolomeo, esistente nella chiesa priorale dei SS Stefano e Niccolao della citta' di Pescia. Le publicazioni spiegano la distribuzione del beneficio, la genealogia della famiglia Papini e numerose altre informazioni di carattere storico, genealogico e giuridico.
