Condition: Near Fine. xxi, 465, [1] pp., illustrated, tall 4to, quarter red velvet, green cloth sides, oval title label on the spine, gold paper-covered clamshell case portfolio and slipcase. The volume contains the text of the libretto the 14 operettas. The separate clamshell case holds the facsimiles of 27 opening night programs and a few indulgence announcements (e.g., last-minute cast substitutions), complete as called for. One of the programs is printed on burgundy silk. Also included is a four-page leaflet with background comments on the programs in general and also a short description for each of the 27 items. No. 1013 of 1500 copies. A near fine copy of the book, with a few small dark marks on the velvet; contents fine. Clamshell case is near fine, with a few stray marks; program facsimiles are pristine. Slipcase is very good, with some marks and a couple of creases and short light crack to one bottom panel edge, but holding firmly. Limited Editions Club Bibliography 291.
