Three works and a greetings card, including Regnell's monograph on the Berguv (Bubo bubo - one of the largest owl species in the world and an iconic bird of prey in Sweden) published in 1957, the front cover of which embellished with a drawing of an eagle owl being mobbed by gulls, signed and dated '62 with an accompanying Christmas greeting. On the from wrapper of the second work "Om Fagel i Skargard" published in 1956, Regnell has drawn a scene with seabird and egg and inscribed to David Wilson with Best Wishes from Sten Regnell. The third work "Smalandsk utskargard" published in 1955 has been inscribed "To David Wilson from your friend Sten Regnell" etc. Finally a greetings card with a drawing by Regnell inscribed "With Best Wishes from Sten Regnell" A unique small collection of Sten Regnell items including fine original drawings. These were from the collection of David Wilson, ornithologist, book collector and book seller. Signed by Author(s).
