It is intended to be a pictorial comment certain small villages which more or less follow the Winterbourne stream. The illustration in this book are from drawings made directly onto lithographic aluminium plates. They are therefore originals and reproductions of drawings made on paper. There is light wear to the extremities with a small nic to the fore edge of the cover , and the are lightly turned. there is also light marking to some of the page edges.
