First Edition
Condition: Fair. 1937. First Edition. 208 pages. No dust jacket. Grey cloth. Book is written mostly in French. Several fold-out forms to rear, not filled in. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Slight gutter cracking. Binding is firm. Foxing and tanning more noticeable towards start and end of book and on text block edges. Previous owner's inscription and stamp to front endpaper. Slight creasing to forms. Text block edges rubbed. Boards have some edge wear, with slight bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are moderately crushed and rubbed. Boards rather rubbed and marked overall. Slight water staining to rear. Spine is noticeably sunned and dust stained. Boards are slightly bowed. Book has slight backward lean.
