This volume contains the 'Compleat Collection of Devotions', originally printed in 1734 and created by Thomas Deacon.Deacon was known for his identification as a non-juror bishop, a group which split from the Church of England following the arrival of William and Mary.With a charming tipped in photograph from the previous owner of an unidentified man. In the original cloth binding. Externally, very smart, with light bumping to the extremities and a couple marks to the boards. Internally, firmly bound.
