A small quarto of 9 by 6 inches with light touches of rubbing to the cloth at the head and heel of the spine. Without a dust jacket and probably as issued. 79 pages of text illustrated with a line drawing of the Connecticut War Office on the title page and with a number of black and white images from photographs of buildings and home landmarks around the town green. A number of these plates have a laid-in black and white original photograph made by a prior owner of some of the more prominent homes illustrated in this book.
