Bound in original dark brown cloth. Volume admits to several small bumps to extremities, with light wear to exterior. Gilt lettering and rule on spine r…emain largely bright. Back hinge a little shaken, though text block remains square. Tiny chips to endpapers. Mild tanning to overall nice paper. Text clean. Overall, a clean, sound, attractive copy. The author, Rev. Sheil was a Roman Catholic Bishop. This text was approved by the Rt. Rev. Dr. Fenwick, Bishop of Boston. VERY SCARCE.
