Hardcover. Condition: Fair. First Edition, First Printing. 177p. Ex-library; original cloth. A hardcover book in acceptable reading condition. Edges worn, spine toned, and boards lightly rubbed. A few tiny dents in the back cover. Call number on spine and small label on back cover. Bookplate, stamps, and card pocket on endpapers and title page. Gutter of title page/frontispiece has been repaired with clear tape. Binding is a little shaken, but tight enough for reading purposes, and text is unmarked. Biography of an Ursuline nun, born Margaret Catherine Morrissey in 1856 to an Irish immigrant family in New York. Illustrated with a few black and white plates.
