Those treasures which were not destroyed near the end of World War Two (the Allied bombings remain controversial, though if the German aggressors bombed only military targets in London it's escaped our attention) "were returned by the Soviet authorities in 1958 from safe-keeping in the Soviet Union," it says in this book, printed in the so-called "German Democratic Republic." Ah, "safe-keeping." Of course. 114 pp. of text followed by140 pp. of plates in color and B&W, with list of plates to fold-out at rear. This large quarto will weigh about 4 lbs., boxed, and will cost extra to ship Priority or outside the U.S.
