Parte IV: 7 hojas, 1 hoja en blanco, 409 páginas, 5 hojas. Encuadernación pergamino de época con rótulo en el lomo. Conservación: En general buen estado. Algunos puntos de óxido y encuadernación un poco desprendida en el lomo. Alguna hoja rasgada en márgenes inferiores.
