A long letter discussing a purchasing/selling/renting of a Premises/Mill in Derbyshire. Richard Arkwright junior 1755-1843, the son of Sir Richard Arkwright of Cromford, Derbyshire, was a mills owner, turned banker, investor and financier of many successful state and private enterprises of the British Industrial Revolution which his father had helped to catalyse.
