Elaborate illustrations of military hats and helmets, swords and sword belts, ornaments and epaulettes, drums and covers, saddles, and other military dress. Very Good plus, but probably a reprint. A trade catalogue of military goods, profusely illustrated with engravings of the Company's products. I date the catalogue around 1885, because the leggins advertised here came into general military use at that time. Over 175 illustrations of the Company's products are depicted. The Company was a busy and active supplier to the military services. OCLC 82606053 [4], 79737432 [0 locs.] [as of 1/12]. Not in Nicholson.
