Seit 1998 ist diese Diskussion als247a Bestandtei…l der Strafprozessordnung. Die Norm fristet seit ihrer Schaffung jedoch kaum mehr als ein Kümmerdasein, was nicht zuletzt an ihrer dogmatischen Konzeption, vor allem aber auch an einer gewissen Abneigung der juristischen Praxis gegenüber technischen Hilfsmitteln liegt.P. Rieck versucht diese Norm247a StPO, dogmatisch zu durchdringen und gleichzeitig die praktische Seite nach der technischen wie der vernehmungs- und wahrnehmungspsychologischen Dimension näher zu beleuchten.
