Condition: Buono (Good). 0. Manoscritto cartaceo (mm 300x210); carte 420 (bianche le carte 191-210; 322-331; 383-387; 400, 413-420) con una numerazione antica a penna. Testo su una colonna, scrittura corsiva. Legatura in mezza pergamena coeva un poco lisa, piatti in cartone varese antico con punte, titolo manoscritto al dorso. Questo grosso volume, uno zibaldone di argomento giuridico riguardante le leggi dello Stato di Siena ed in particolare di Montalcino, fu messo insieme come strumento d'uso da Giulio Rigaccini "di Montalcino, Podesta per P.A.R. nella Provincia superiore senese" a seguito dei "Nuovi regolamenti per la Comunità della provincia dello Stato di Siena, del 2 giugno 1777". Tuttavia alcune parti riguardano, in certo modo, anche la materia statutaria della Comunità, lo stile dello scritto è essenziale e le annotazioni sono dettate da una buona conoscenza giuridica. Non si hanno precise notizie biografiche né si conosce la formazione del Rigaccini. Book.
