Viene quindi spiegato il procedimento, anche mediante illustrazioni, per la creazione di una cucina attraverso l'utilizzo di una scatola di cartone riempita di fieno o di trucioli lasciando nel mezzo uno spazio vuoto per l'introduzione di una pentola. Due componimenti in vernacolo piemontese dedicati allo scultore Davide Calandra (1856-1915) e al monumento equestre dedicato ad Amedeo di Savoia duca d'Aosta di cui fu autore. Il primo sonetto porta la data del 1892, quando Calandra vinse il concorso per la realizzazione del monumento, il secondo componimento, di maggior respiro, quelal del 1902, quando il monumento fu effettivamente realizzato e posato al Parco del Valentino a Torino. Raro, una copia in ICCU, al Museo del Risorgimento di Torino.

Angelo Rizzetti, di famiglia valsesiana originaria di Fobello, fu prolifico autore di versi d'occasione per le numerose istituzioni di cui fu socio e benefattore, come il Club Alpino Italiano (contribuì soprattutto alle iniziative della Sezione di Varallo e alla costruzione di capanne sul Monte Rosa) e il Circolo degli Artisti di cui fu anche presidente. In copertina il titolo completo della plaquette elenca i vari balli del Circolo organizzati negli anni precedenti: ĞAlla Festa Campestre / All'Isola Misteriosa / Al Gran Ballo Sulle Alpi / Alla Festa dei Fiori / seguì / L'Arte attraverso i Secoli / che ridestò al / Circolo degli Artisti / l'entusiasmo degli antichi fasti e vi trionfò la notte memorabile fra il 20 ed il 21 Febbraio 1895ğ; l'ironico componimento di Rizzetti descrive un mirabolante viaggio attraverso le correnti artistiche Ğ dal gotic pi bisbetic / dai pi birba d'capitei / da un ambient sever, ascetic / sun trovame an pien Pompei ğ per presentare al Circolo un nuovo socio. Rizzetti came from a noble family and studied law, philosophy and mathematics and belonged to the group of Italian scholars around Count Jacopo Riccati known as Schola Riccatiana'. In 1727 he published a work challenging Newton's theory of colour and light.A revised version of the present work appeared in 1729 in the Acta Eruditorum'. It was translated into English in 1729 as The knowledge of play, written for public benefit, and the entertainment of all fair players', with some additions by the translator Richard Seymour, and by Jonathan Swift and Alexander Pope.
