ROBERT BOUQUILLON né le 18 janvier 1923 à Douai (Nord) et mort le 18 février 2013 à Uzès (Gard) est un peintre, illustrateur et lithographe français de la seconde École de Paris. Il est le frère cadet du sculpteur Albert Bouquillon (1908-1997). Il a reçu le Prix du peintre, à la galerie Durand-Ruel, en 1955. Francis Carco (Écrivain, biographe, et spécialiste de la peinture à Montmartre, qui côtoya les plus grands peintres de la première et seconde moitiés du XXe) écrira de lui qui fut l'un des peintres les plus doué de sa génération.
