Hinges remain in good condition. Small losses to title page, which is affixed to a modern piece of end paper. Inscriptions to title page, along with one from a previous female owner, nothing that the book was a gift rom her grandmother. A scarce and nicely rebound piece that served as a supplement to Fulfilling of the Scriptures. Robert Fleming the Elder (1630-1694) was a Scottish Presbyterian minister who lost his position due to his refusal to reject the newly appointed bishops of King Charles II.
