Condition: Fair. 1876. No Edition Remarks. 281 pages. No dust jacket. This is an ex-Library book. Green cloth boards with gilt lettering. Black and white pictorial frontispiece. Book has been rebound by library, with expected inserts, stamps and inscriptions. Clean pages with noticeable tanning and foxing throughout. More pronounced to free endpapers and pastedowns. Pen inscription to front free endpaper. Binding remains firm. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Gilt lettering is darkened. Book has a slight forward lean. Visible wear marks to boards.

Condition: Good. 1876. No Edition Stated. 281 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth with gilt lettering. Previous owner's name to front endpaper. Notable foxing and tanning to endpapers and page edges. Both hinges cracked, thus the boards are slack. Some gutter cracking. Pages are rough cut. Cloth becoming unstuck at rear paste down. Mild wear and bumping to spine, board edges and corners, with crushing to spine ends. Minor tanning to spine, with scuffing, staining and marking to boards.
