Scarce work of 1591 by the jurist Roberto Maranta (1746-1530) botn in Venosa. Maranta got a degree in Naples in 1502 and dedicated his entire life to the study and practice of law. He worked and studied in Salerno, Palermo and Napoli. The work are a series of suggestions with reponse about matters of alienation and remedies of possession.
