Early printing - no statement of printing on the copyright page, but the code B-S shows a February 1918 publication date. The book and its contents are in generally clean, bright condition. There are several small edge tears to the spine ends and some light bumping and rubbing to the corners. The covers have some beginning spots of ground-in dirt. The text pages are mostly clean and bright. This copy has been removed from the library of the Bohemian Club - it bears the bookplate of the Bohemian Club with a removed from Collection stamp on it. The front inner hinge is slightly loose.
