Printed on Somerset Velvet 300gsm 100% cotton paper, published by the Curwen Press 2009. In fine condition. Sheet size 25.5cm x 31cm. Wilf Roberts (British 1941-2016)Wilf Roberts was raised in the Mynydd Bodafon area of Anglesey. In 1962 he moved to Croydon where he taught art and studied part time at Croydon Art College . In 1974 he returned to Anglesey to work in Local Government and Education and, although not exhibiting for many years, he continued to paint, donating work, illustrating and designing posters for national charities, until retiring in 1996 to devote his time to painting. His work is held in public and private collections in Paris, New York, Australia and the UK.Bwlch is a village and an electoral ward in the community of Cwmdu and District, Powys, south Wales. The settlement is strung out along the A40 road which crosses a low col above the Usk Valley at this point on its route between Brecon and Crickhowell. Signed by Illustrator(s).
