First edition, 8vo., pp.(vii),132, green cloth lettered in black, 29 monochrome illustrations, plus pictorial adverts; light foxing to edges and endpapers, lower corners of front board just lightly bruised, a very good copy, in unclipped pictorial dust-jacket, which is worn to extremities, with creasing and small areas of loss, and has 4.5cm closed tear to foot of front flap-fold, and 1cm closed tear to head of rear flap-fold, good+ and now in a protective cover.

Section on the best holes in Leeds and District and an very interesting chapter entitled "Are Golf Courses Too Long".(Note: I find it odd that the majority of modern golfers do not realize how far an old balata covered ball with rubber core and rubber strands wound as tight (not regulated) as the manuracturers or players wanted them could be struck. 300-yards no problem for the long hitters.
