Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. 12mo, olive drab cloth with silver stamping, printed in khaki colored ink, a striking WW1 book, this seemingly the private printed edition with no publisher or date, McBride published this i guess under their own inprint in 1918. It was reviewed in the the NYTIMES, SIGNED and DATED 1918 BY ROCHE under his tipped in picture, which acts as the frontispiece.(VV2/2). Signed by Author(s).
