Rockefeller on Rockefeller Center, Inc. stationary (with envelope) is laid in.The letter is dated May 28, 1940 and accompanied the gift of this book. It is signed in pen by him, or possibly a secretary. Clean and tightly bound in moss-colored paper boards with cloth spine and embossed silver rivet on the cover. Minor fading to the margins and rubbing to the edges with one small tear. The contents and photographs remain fine. The fragile dust jacket shows wear and splits at the edges and folds, remains Good only. Signed by Author(s).
