In 1964 a senior at Carolina Military Institute, assigned to protect the academy's first African American cadet, uncovers a secret group of elite students, The Ten, who want the Black cadet gone, and are willing to resort to violence. Set in South Carolina, shot on location at the Royal Military Academy and Wellington College in Berkshire, England, and Charleston, South Carolina. Blue wrappers with a die-cut window in the British style. Title page present, dated 18th May 1982, with credits for screenwriters Thomas Pope and Lloyd Fonvielle. 115 leaves, with last page of text numbered 114.
