Light wear and scuffing to spine ends and extremities, with a little discoloration of the cloth at spine ends; internally clean and fresh, offsetting to front flyleaf from something, most likely newsprint that at one time was laid in at the front; in a strong, pale paper dustjacket with some sunning to the spine panel and a little light soiling in places. A very good copy indeed. A later printing of Roe's exhaustive investigation of William Blake's process and inspiration related to the suite of artworks he produced for Dante's Divine Comedy.
