Una Causa que vista en perspectiva quizás ha sido tratada por la Justicia como una causa menor, o como casos aislados y no como un Delito Lesa Humanidad mantenido desde 1936 hasta al menos 1996 y algún caso aislado posterior. El Estado tiene la obligación de reconocer los hechos y poner los medios de reparación necesarios para evitar la posible repetición y restaurar a sus nacionales las identidades alteradas.
