19x25 cm. Elaborately embossed leather with the word "Album" gilt on front cover. Corners rounded, rubbed at extremities. Edges of some leaves chipped, some leaves loose. 74 pp. This is a scrapbook, in French but from Spain, with many fine hand-drawn floral decorations and borders for poetry. The pagination is not completely regular, with at least one leaf missing and other unnumbered pages added. In general, the contents are manuscript poetry or song lyrics embellished by manuscript artwork. Among this artwork is one full-page water color of three men pulling a small boat to shore.
