Cloth. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. First American Edition. From the recently auctioned collection of Adrian Homer Goldstone (Steinbeck's bibliographer) and M. B. Goldstone--with the auction tag laid in. Goldstone's penciled signature and comments on the front free endpaper. Red cloth richly decorated in black and gilt to th…e front board and spine. Overall moderate uniform age toning. A couple of small stains to the rear board and some dustiness to the page edges. Interior is clean and the spine and hinges are tight.
