First Edition. 680 pp illus throughout, text clean & unmarked, case faded, bit dampstained esp at back & worn at edges but still sound & spine repaired with original reimposed. One ep in facsimile but prelims missing, yet all 680 pp still there; one page torn but repaired complete; another with sellotape marks. A pretty good copy giving interesting insight into the end of WWI, eg how the German troops ruined the Belgian fruit industry [photos shown]; book now a rarity and antiquarian. Family & social history. Size: Large 4to.
