The entire book is printed on heavy coated stock. There are lots of black & white photographs of houses & architectural drawings of these houses throughout the text. Book is very tight. The boards have some light soiling, edgewea with bumped corners and discoloration close to the outside edge. The black lettering & cream illustration on the front board are bright & colorful. The backstrip is very discolored with deep edgewear with fraying on the top & bottom. The lettering on the backstrip is visible. Inscription on the ffep. The endpapers have a little light foxing.
