Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. CHILDREN S TRAVELING WITH THE BIRDS RUDYERD BOULTON PIX BY WALTER A. WEBER 1933. I have seen and sold this book several times and always enjoyed the imagery. I am pleased to offer an early edition (probably the first edition) but still in very good condition of: Traveling with the Birds by Rudyerd Boulton with illustrations (12 color groupings with still quite vibrant colors plus many others in b&w) by Walter Alois Weber. This large hard cover book (10 x 12 inches, 64 pages) was published by the M.A. Donohue and Company of Chicago and New York, dated 1933. Condition: This book is in very good condition and indeed it was this condition which prompted me to acquire it. The hardcovers are a bit rubbed and there is some very light darkening or soiling to the boards. These boards also show some edge wear and bumping to the corners and spine tips (which are slightly frayed). Inside, however, everything changes, and the book is clean and bright with still vibrant colors to the plates and clean and bright pages without toning or foxing. There is a stamped name of a former owner on the front endpaper. The hinges are both intact and the binding is tight and sound. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
